If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, have any medical conditions or allergies, please let us know so we can advise which treatments are right for you.

It's best to arrive 10 - 15minutes early to avoid getting flustered before your appointment. I aim to create a relaxing atmosphere as soon as you enter, please ensure your consultation form is completed prior to your appointment for a seamless experience, if you're having trouble with the online form please just let me know.

Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you and although I understand sometimes things don't go to plan, such as traffic delays, please let us know as soon as you can if you're expecting to be a few minutes late. Where possible I will always try to complete your appointment as planned but the treatment finish time will remain the same and full price will be charged, this is to help minimise disruption to all guests. If its not possible to complete the booked treatment, the treatment will be rearranged to a convenient time for you however full cost of the missed treatment will still be taken.

It's important for our own self-care to fully allow ourselves to slip into a deep relaxation, leave the outside world behind and switch off mobile phones or switch to silent whilst in the beauty suite.

Due to the nature of some of our treatments we're unable to allow anyone not having a treatment in the beauty room unless of course this person is your appropriate adult/guardian.

To cancel or amend your booking please give us at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment or 48 hours notice for package appointments.Last minute cancellations or no shows will be required to pay for any missed appointment before being able to book again.Around busier times in the year a non-refundable booking fee may be taken to secure your appointment, this will then be deducted from your treatment on the day of your appointment.
