We aren't a company to bombard you with spam emails however you can at any time tell us not to send you marketing communications by email, by contacting us as indicated below. You also may opt out of receiving marketing emails by emailing us at uglibeauty@gmail.com
 

TEXT MESSAGE OPT-OUT:

In general, in order to stop receiving promotional and marketing text messages, you can e-mail uglibeauty to have your details deleted from the text messaging program saying you no longer wish to receive any contact from our salon. You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out of the text messaging program. (Should this not automatically happen we can send you an e-mail confirmation to confirm you have opted out of this service)
 

WITHDRAWING CONSENT:

You may also withdraw any consent you previously provided to us at any time with effect for the future by contacting us as indicated below. This will not affect the lawfulness of our use of your information based on your consent before its withdrawal.

RETENTION TIME:

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.
